How to get the files
Public documents are posted here as they clear review. A candid note about the city's board links: Planning Board and Zoning Board agendas live in the city's SharePoint library, and access is inconsistent — a link that works one week may demand a sign-in the next, and HPC materials are posted only rarely. If a link fails, try again later, request the agenda directly from the Planning Division, or file an OPRA request. City Council agendas are reliably available through the city's public portal, and you can request any STQC document from the board.
